Job summary

States Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Receiving Specialist in Minnesota to manage receipt, inspection, documentation, and tracking of incoming inventory. The role blends hands-on receiving with analytical inventory control to support accurate records and efficient warehouse operations.

Primary duties include verifying shipments, updating the ERP, labeling and organizing stock, and coordinating with Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics on discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory software.
• Experience with barcode scanning systems and RF technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against POs and packing slips.
• Ensure products meet quality and quantity requirements.
• Record receipt transactions in the ERP (Epicor).
• Label, organize, and store materials in designated locations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics on discrepancies or damaged goods.
