Job summary

DC Group Inc. in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Inventory Support Specialist to document, stock, and maintain accurate inventory records while supporting the Regional Inventory Team with picking, packing, and shipping tasks.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to perform warehouse duties safely, with physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and operating forklift when needed. This is a full-time on-site position based at our headquarters in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service on behalf of DC Group
• Identify and stock inventory in the warehouse
• Maintain inventory pricing via our software systems
• Create parts inventory lists
• Consolidate inventory in the warehouse
• Tear down of machines in the warehouse
• Maintaining proper quality assurance of inventory
• Operate forklift and pallet jacks as needed, assist with warehouse organization
• Ensure proper safety/OSHA protocols are followed
• Perform additional tasks and duties that may pertain to the warehouse
