Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking a detail-oriented Returns Specialist to optimize company-wide inventory by managing vendor return programs and recovering value from slow-moving or excess stock. You will serve as the liaison between vendors and branch operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant return processes.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree valued.
• 3–5 years in inventory, procurement, or vendor relations.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify slow-moving or excess inventory eligible for vendor returns.
• Coordinate with vendors to secure RGAs and maximize credit recovery.
• Serve as primary contact for branches on vendor return requirements and processes.
• Ensure compliance with vendor return requirements to prevent rejected shipments or lost credits.
• Maintain detailed records of return activity, pending credits and recoveries.
