Job summary

ABL WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTORS is seeking an Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team. Candidate will manage monthly cigarette and stamp inventory, remove recalls, process returns, and prep shipments for manufacturers.

Strong Excel skills and clear communication are essential to coordinate with Sales and Leadership. The role requires organizing the returns area, assisting with monthly manufacturer returns, and handling on-site damages and customer return processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Organized and able to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (email).
• Microsoft Excel proficiency; AS400 knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly cigarette and stamp inventory.
• Remove outdated or recalled products from stock for adjustment.
• Process returns to stock or supplier; assist rep on site.
• Prepare boxes for UPS/freight shipments to manufacturers.
• Keep returns area organized for efficient processing.
• Assist in planning monthly manufacturer returns.
• Communicate with Sales Director and staff about customer returns.
• Distribute products to Sales Team for customer returns.
• Handle damages reports and daily pickup requests via email.
