Job summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Returns & Inventory Coordinator to manage supplier returns, support quality processes, and maintain accurate inventory records. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and effective communication with internal teams and suppliers.

You will oversee non-conforming product returns, conduct inspections, document defects, and ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Inventory Control, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with inspections, documentation, and inventory processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with computer systems, email, and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the return process for non-conforming products and coordinate with suppliers for resolution.
• Perform product inspections, document defects, and verify product quality standards are met.
• Review and maintain accurate return documentation, inventory records, and supplier information.
• Process supplier claims and communicate return status with internal departments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigation of discrepancies.
• Coordinate shipments and communicate with suppliers regarding returns, documentation, and status updates.
• Partner with Quality, Production, Inventory Control, and other teams to resolve quality and inventory issues.
