Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Supervisor – Inventory in Beaumont, TX. The role offers part-time hours with a starting wage of $16.50–$18.50 per hour. Training is provided, and compensation grows with availability and performance.

Responsibilities include coaching Inventory Associates, following a clear workflow, and leading with engagement to maximize productivity across the team in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Inventory Associates – Accuracy matters here.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow – Your playbook for success.
• Lead & Engage – Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting and executing directives from the Area or District Manager, while driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team.
