Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience in inventory management, merchandise planning, or replenishment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strict attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to learn Oracle Retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory positions across channels and ensure products are available to meet customer demand.
• Analyze replenishment reports, identify imbalances, and adjust inventory levels to support sales and service goals.
• Collaborate across merchandising, distribution centers, and store teams to reflect business needs.
• Manage purchase orders, oversee supplier lead times, and maintain replenishment parameters for efficient flow.
• Facilitate store communication, support seasonal and promotional inventory planning, and ensure documentation and internal controls.
