Job summary

Buchheit Inc. in Perryville, MO, is seeking a detail-oriented Replenisher to maintain inventory levels for our Distribution Center and retail locations. You will reorder merchandise, notify Merchants of vendor changes, and support promotions to prevent stockouts.

This Full-Time role requires strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and collaboration with Buying Office and Retail teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate orders. Experience in replenishment is preferred.

• Experience in Buying or Replenishment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions to procure materials, goods and supplies.
• Send purchase orders to appropriate suppliers.
• Review inventories and order as required.
• Interact with suppliers on day-to-day basis.
• Review deliveries against orders and report on vendor accuracy.
• Obtain confirmations and verify order accuracy prior to shipments.
• Track orders and ETA compliance.
• Support sourcing activities as needed.
