Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Analyst, Merchandising Replenishment in Bentonville to lead forecasting and replenishment efforts across the omnichannel network. You will build and calibrate forecasts, analyze seasonal inventory flows, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize stock levels and financial outcomes.

You will collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to standardize processes, develop SOPs, and implement automated tracking alerts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field OR 2 years’ supply chain experience.
• Strong forecasting and inventory management knowledge.
• Ability to develop standardized processes and training materials.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to align plans with goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate forecasts aligned with merchandising needs.
• Analyze seasonal inventory flow and customer demand to optimize replenishment.
• Monitor store-level forecasts using inventory management systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams on replenishment.
