Job summary

You will resolve supply disruptions, analyze root causes, and continuously improve inventory health while guiding a high-performing team to align with business goals and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or related area.
• Option 2: 5 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area.
• Experience in replenishment or inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and inventory performance by managing supply planning, vendor partnerships, and execution precision.
• Align launch forecasts and inventory flows to support modular timing and promotional windows.
• Lead root cause analysis and recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock issues and improve inventory health metrics.
• Manage product flow through supply chain systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to position inventory at the lowest cost and address supply disruptions.
• Provide leadership by training, mentoring, and developing team members while promoting adherence to policies.
