Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Replenishment and Sales Analyst to support inventory management, forecasting, and reporting for our Walmart and Sam’s Club business. This role helps ensure product availability, smooth inventory flow, and clear sales insights that drive results.

Under general supervision, you will collaborate with Sales, Inventory Management, and Finance to develop forecasts, scorecards, and standard reports, while ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to improve in-stock

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role (replenishment, forecasting, supply chain or sales analytics).
• Experience with Walmart tools such as Scintilla, NOVA, and Supplier One.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel (SUM, charts, formatting, sorting).
• Bachelor’s degree required; business/finance/IT related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify data and reporting tools for business/financial/data analysis; develop reporting for product managers, sales, and customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory Management, and Finance to provide intermediate level analysis and reporting.
• Develop and analyze scorecards, identifying trends and root causes to support in-stock goals.
• Organize and implement standard reporting for routine business reports.
• Monitor data accuracy and timeliness across Walmart systems; communicate data gaps.
