Job summary

Conair is seeking a Senior Replenishment Manager in Bentonville, AR to lead end-to-end replenishment strategy for Walmart and Walmart.com. You will collaborate across Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Operations to optimize in-stock performance and inventory investment.

The role requires Walmart replenishment expertise, inventory management, and strong analytics; you will drive forecast alignment, OTIF improvement, and cross-functional execution to enable profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of replenishment, customer supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management.
• Direct experience supporting Walmart and Walmart.com.
• Advanced knowledge of Walmart replenishment methodology, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Retail Link, Scintilla, Excel, and BI tools.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end replenishment strategy for Walmart and Walmart.com.
• Own inventory health, in-stock performance, weeks of supply, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Operations.
• Drive OTIF and service improvement initiatives.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and insights for leadership.
