Job summary

The Hughston Clinic is seeking a Materials Management Specialist to join our Central Supply team in Phenix City, GA. You will manage par levels, replenish inventory, and support cost reduction through effective usage monitoring and FIFO controls.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, reporting usage trends, and providing timely stock information to departments. Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office is required; associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in materials management, purchasing or medical supply.
• MS Excel knowledge required.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the inventory replenishment process for Pars, isolation, and crash carts.
• Distribute usage reports for assigned Pars and communicate stock status.
• Manage and maintain locations for stored supply materials and FIFO processes.
• Provide customer service for internal departments requesting supplies from Central Supply.
• Communicate stock-out situations and back orders to Directors.
• Assist with semi-annual inventory counts and data entry tasks.
