Job summary

Hughston Clinic is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage replenishment for Pars, isolation areas and crash carts. You will monitor usage, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory in the central supply system using FIFO methods.

You’ll also handle receipts, substitutions, and invoice reconciliations. Responsibilities include generating reports, communicating with directors on obsolete stock, and supporting accounts payable to resolve discrepancies while providing frontline customer

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in materials management, purchasing or medical supply.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory replenishment for Pars, isolation and crash carts.
• Distribute usage reports for assigned areas.
• Manage cycle counts and update inventory records.
• Communicate stock outs and back orders to leadership.
• Process inventory receipts and reconcile problem invoices.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepant invoices.
