Job summary

Mercy Gilbert Medical Center is seeking a Materials Management Technician to support the inventory, receiving, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment. You will assist in coordinating shifts and ensuring accurate data entry for stock movements, while maintaining clean work areas.

You will perform cycle counts, use hand-held devices or the materials management information system, and help prepare items for shipping as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months inventory management experience.
• 2+ years experience with large ERP systems.
• AZ Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, issue and deliver medical supplies and equipment.
• Disinfect equipment and prepare supplies for shipping as needed.
• Perform daily par-level cycle counts using hand-held devices or the MMIS.
• Enter stock item data and maintain orderly inventory work areas.
• Train Materials Management Technicians per policy and communicate workflow observations.
