Job summary

Czarnowski Collective is seeking a Rental Coordinator to oversee local warehouse rental operations, ensuring accurate inventory, order execution, and timely returns. You will collaborate with the National Rental Services team and help support precise billing using the COMS system.

The role requires strong organizational skills, independence, and effective communication; familiarity with Windows and basic PC/tablet use is expected. College degree not required.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive, execute, and respond to all COMS Rental notes for the local facility.
• Coordinate with the National Rental Services team to ensure local rental inventory is accurate.
• Provide information to the Rental Manager to support accurate billing.
• Pull, ship, and inspect rental inventory as it enters and leaves the facility.
• Document and report damage to rental property and coordinate repairs with Rental Services.
• Complete Return from Show reports for rental items in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain inventory integrity using COMS Inventory.
• Maintain asset identification, including barcodes, content sheets, and Czarnowski branding.
• Organize and maintain inventory and workspaces in the rental warehouse area.
