Job summary

Recom in Buford, GA is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to trace units from PO through our ERP and into Amazon FBA, including returns and reconciliations against Amazon records. You will report to the Director of Procurement Operations and work with senior leaders to fix root causes, redesign controls, and build KPIs for ongoing integrity.

This role emphasizes investigative analytics rather than day-to-day warehouse tasks, aligning finance, operations, and logistics to optimize

Qualifications

5+ years in audit, forensic accounting, management consulting, inventory or supply chain finance.
Experience leading reconciliations across large datasets from multiple systems (ERP, WMS, marketplace).
Advanced Excel experience analyzing 100K+ row datasets.
Experience redesigning a business process or internal control based on analysis.

Responsibilities

Map end-to-end inventory flow from PO to FBA inbound, sale, and return.
Pull ERP data and reconcile it against Amazon reports to pinpoint discrepancies.
Investigate shortages to root cause, documenting evidence and findings to audit standards.
Quantify the financial and audit impact of each gap and present recommendations.
Redesign broken processes and controls with warehouse and operations leaders to prevent recurrence.
Build repeatable reconciliation reports and KPIs that flag new discrepancies early.
