Intrepid, an SPA Company, seeks a Financial Analyst-Inventory Reconciliation to support DoW-wide inventory reconciliations using Advana or Palantir Foundry. You will enable accurate financial reporting and audit readiness by creating robust reconciliations and GL tie-outs across Working Capital Fund agencies.

Responsibilities include mapping quantities/values, tracking WIP, and harmonizing master data while identifying unreconciled balances and proposing corrective actions to improve inventory

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years experience in Subledger-to-General Ledger processes.
• 5+ years identifying unmatched/unreconciled balances.
• Experience with Advana/Foundry environments.
• Active SECRET Clearance and ability to maintain it.

Aufgaben

• Reconcile subledger to GL tie-points across DoW agencies.
• Track WIP and in-transit inventory for audit readiness.
• Map quantities and values; establish traceability of source transactions.
• Harmonize master data across systems (material numbers, UICs, locations, condition codes).
• Identify unmatched balances, categorize by age/root-cause, propose fixes.
