Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Storeroom Crib Attendant to support on-site inventory management at a customer location. You will handle receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting, while keeping the work area organized and professional.

Responsibilities include data entry for stock records, reconciling discrepancies, and assisting with requisitions. Forklift readiness and safety awareness are preferred, with physical demands requiring lifting up to 25 lbs and shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ months relevant experience and/or training required.
• Loading, unloading, picking, packing in warehouse environment; forklift/cherry picker experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with MS-Office and warehouse systems.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders and manuals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; teamwork and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and store incoming product; verify against invoices.
• Sort, label and store items to optimize crib space.
• Issue items to site employees and maintain records of issued/returned items.
• Enter data to maintain stock records; respond to inquiries about inventory and schedules.
• Perform cycle counts and prepare inventory reports; assist with replenishment requisitions.
• Inspect tools/equipment for defects and report damages.
