The Receiving Specialist at MBV-Midwest, LLC in Indianapolis is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, documenting, and organizing incoming products and materials to maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations. You will input data into inventory systems, update POs, and coordinate with production planning and accounting.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel/Outlook skills, good math ability, and a proven track record in inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 8-10 years inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP, AS400, Avail and ILS is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, document, and organize incoming products and materials.
• Input raw material receipts into inventory systems and maintain accuracy.
• Close POs and communicate discrepancies to planning and accounting.
• Assist with cycle counts and shelf-life/storage condition checks.
• Maintain records and assist with month-end tasks and audits.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with teams daily.
