Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Parts/Shipping Agent to manage purchasing, shipping, and receiving for the service shop and field service teams. You will route items, label shipments, and coordinate with CCC, field techs, and management.

Responsibilities include verifying deliveries, inventory maintenance, and operating a forklift within a non-climate controlled warehouse. This role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and packing slips.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Effective verbal communication for customers and staff.
• Ability to lift 50-70 pounds and stand 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive items and verify packing lists against purchases orders.
• Unload vehicles and accept deliveries.
• Store items in designated areas and route items to departments.
• Assemble, pack and label shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and support cycle counts.
• Operate forklift to move shipments.
