Job summary

Xerox is seeking a dependable Warehouse Personnel to support our warehouse and distribution operations. You will manage inventory, process equipment, ship/receive, and ensure accurate data entry while upholding safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes reliability in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth, training on Xerox warehouse systems, and collaboration within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of forklift operating experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, or logistics.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems; experience with e-Automate is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to perform accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process lease returns, verify equipment, and accurately record transactions using the e-Automate system.
• Research inventory discrepancies, make necessary inventory adjustments, and participate in quarterly physical inventories.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Pick, stage, rotate, and prepare equipment and supplies for customer orders and deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using appropriate material handling equipment.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards through regular housekeeping activities.
• Assist with equipment deliveries and provide backup support to other warehouse functions as needed, including occasional delivery driving responsibilities.
• Build positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and team members while maintaining professional communication and timely follow-up on equipment-related issues.
