Job summary

CommTech Global is seeking an Inventory Coordinator/Receiving Specialist responsible for supporting procurement operations by managing materials for transportation, documenting inventory, and ensuring client service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in inventory management, is forklift certified, and is proficient in Microsoft Office applications. A strong emphasis on safety and organizational skills is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an inventory, warehouse or related environment.
• Forklift certified required.
• Ability to work 40+ hours a week.
• Must have strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Responsibilities

• Perform proper preparation of materials for transportation.
• Accurate documentation of inventory and transportation information.
• Collaborate with teams for timely client service.
• Track and document inventory transfers.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
