Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, admin support, finance, or business operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and solve routine problems.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn procurement systems, policies, and best practices.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, Inspect, and store shipments of products.
• Accurately record receiving data to align with associated purchase orders.
• Prepare and organize received stock/deliveries for inventory.
• Report damages or inventory shortages to leadership and take corrective action.
• Maintain safety standards on all work and ensure procedures are followed.
• Communicate inventory levels with Lab Manager.
