Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc. is seeking a Backend Associate in the Receiving department to hang and process new merchandise accurately. The role requires maintaining a clean backroom and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities include unloading/loading trucks, sorting cartons, staging pallets, and ensuring supplies are stocked. Cross-training on register and fitting room duties may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hang and process new merchandise as per productivity standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backroom and loading dock.
• Unload/load trucks and sort cartons by departments.
• Stage pallets, ensure required hangers and supplies are available.
• Cross-train on register and fitting room duties as needed.
