Job summary

Walgreens Stock associates support the receiving area, process incoming and outgoing freight, compile and maintain records for orders, receiving, supplies and equipment.

They move shipments with pallet jacks, unload freight, unpack shipments, verify against purchase orders, attach price tags, and prepare merchandise for the floor.

They also assist at the register, respond to data inquiries, weigh and label outgoing shipments, and ensure documentation is accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience handling freight and stocking merchandise.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Basic data entry for records and logs.

Responsibilities

• Move shipments from receiving to storage using pallet jacks.
• Unloading and moving freight as needed.
• Record and verify purchase orders, shipping notices and inventory.
• Ring up sales at registers and bag merchandise.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and respond to data inquiries.
