Job summary

Forman Mills in Montgomery County, PA is seeking a Backend Associate to hang and process new merchandise and keep the backroom organized. You will ensure accurate scanning and ticketing while maintaining a clean, efficient receiving area.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, staging pallets, reversing layaways, assisting customers, and cross-training on registers and fitting rooms. Must be 18+, HS diploma, capable of lifting 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload / load trucks and keep loading dock area clean.
• Breakdown and stage deliveries; sort cartons by department.
• Ticketing, price tagging, and scanning merchandise accurately.
• Cross-train on the register and fitting room; support salesfloor.
• Deter theft by reporting suspicious activity to management.
