Job summary

Heico is seeking an Inventory Associate to support the Inventory Manager in warehouse operations, ensuring accurate processing of inbound and outbound inventory and maintaining 98%+ accuracy. Responsibilities include cycle counts, put-away, and safety compliance.

The role requires independent work, strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and experience with warehouse equipment. Aviation components experience is strongly desired, with a likelihood of forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; three months related experience or training.
• Forklift certification preferred; experience with warehouse equipment.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution and aviation component knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Store product by designation and update location database.
• Conduct cycle counts weekly, monthly, and yearly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy 98% or greater.
• Investigate any lost inventory.
• Collaborate with all ops departments to meet business goals.
• Assist with daily put-away and spot inspections.
• Report accidents or incidents to a supervisor.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and packaging area.
• Handle CUI for assigned accounts as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
