Job summary

3PL Hub Inc. in Utah is seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager responsible for safety, inbound/outbound operations, cycle counts, and payroll audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

You will develop policies, train staff, and lead safety programs while meeting monthly requirements and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing inbound products, replenishment, and cycle count programs.
• Experience in fast-paced settings with a positive attitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience operating forklift, cherry picker.
• Ability to train and develop TEAM members.
• HS Diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience.

• Implement safety measures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Effectively oversee and manage all safety programs and monthly requirements.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work.
• Manage warehouse operations including but not limited to: Inbound dock schedule, receipt of goods, storage, and distribution of materials and merchandise.
• Manage cycle count programs and physical inventories.
• Manage receiving accuracy and revenue targets associated with receipts.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Ensure Company Policies are followed.
• Manage employee performance reviews.
• Conduct daily payroll audits for proper allocation of hours.
• Ensure a Safe Working environment.
