BJ’s Wholesale Club in Oaks, PA is seeking a Receiving Supervisor to oversee the receiving department, ensuring the intake and disposition of merchandise, processing paperwork, and compliance with club policies. The role includes leading a team, coordinating with Logistics, and maintaining accurate records to support efficient, safe operations.

Ideal candidates will have forklift operation experience, supervisory skills, and a background in large-box receiving.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior experience working in a big box receiving environment preferred.
• Computer skills preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations of the receiving department, matching inventory to purchase orders.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments and verify pricing and signage.
• Ensure RF guns are used for receiving merchandise.
• Complete receiving paperwork accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with logistics and oversee delivery schedules.
• Mentor and supervise receivers and clerks; report issues to management.
• Maintain department compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Ensure secure receiving area and proper handling of documentation.
