Job summary

About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Receiving Associate to join our warehouse operations team.

This position plays an important role in ensuring our inventory is received, verified, documented, and organized accurately. The ideal candidate understands that successful inventory management begins with attention to detail and that even small receiving errors can affect purchasing, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with our Inventory Receiving Coordinator and Purchasing Department to process incoming shipments, manage purchase order receiving, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with inventory systems, and interested in growing with our company.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Receiving & Verification

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities, SKUs, and product conditions against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Identify, document, and communicate discrepancies, shortages, damages, or incorrect shipments.
• Ensure all products are accurately accounted for before completing the receiving process.
• Maintain careful attention to detail when handling products with similar appearances, part numbers, or variations.

Purchase Orders & Inventory Accuracy

• Accurately enter and process purchase order receiving information within our inventory management systems.
• Assist the Purchasing Department with receiving discrepancies and vendor-related follow-ups.
• Maintain organized and accurate records to support purchasing, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Follow established procedures to minimize inventory discrepancies and prevent avoidable errors.

Warehouse Organization & Product Handling

• Generate and apply accurate product labels
