Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of receiving-related experience including PIT operation.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math.
• Strong English reading/writing and clear communication with peers and teams.
• PIT certification to operate motorized handling equipment.
• Able to learn in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads shipments and enters data into the ERP system.
• Verifies shipments against purchase orders for quantity and accuracy.
• Records discrepancies and communicates with Purchasing, Planning, Engineering, and Transportation.
• Performs receiving inspections and supports QA as needed.
• Maintains documentation for ISO compliance and traceability.
• Builds pallets and loads them onto trucks for returns.
• Labels products with part numbers, revisions, dates, and routing info.
• Assists with other warehouse duties as required.
• May operate company vehicles as needed.
• Follows safety rules and maintains dependable performance.
