Job summary

A-dec is seeking a Receiver to offload, route, and receive inventory into our ERP system, working with multiple departments to ensure accuracy and quality. The role involves operating PIT equipment, loading pallets, and maintaining ISO-compliant records in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of receiving experience, PIT certification, and the ability to read blueprints and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of receiving-related experience including PIT operation and ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments in ERP, verify against paperwork for quantity and accuracy.
• Enter information into ERP and communicate discrepancies to relevant teams.
• Perform receiving inspection and support QA as needed.
• Maintain documentation for compliance and ISO records.
• Build pallets and load palletized goods onto trucks for returns.
• Label received products with part numbers, revisions, and routing data.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed by the business.
• May operate company vehicles.
• Follow all safety regulations and maintain dependable performance.
