Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Receiving/Accounting Associate to handle inbound product delivery, verify invoices, and support store operations. You will ensure product integrity, manage paperwork, and assist with close processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Strong knowledge of receiving, accounting, and distribution procedures is required, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and IRMA. Ability to work with team members and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of store receiving, accounting, and distribution procedures and policies.
• Working knowledge of WFM quality goals, food handling, safety, and standards.
• Ability to educate team on product knowledge and convey enthusiasm.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and IRMA.

Responsibilities

• Verify product against Purchase Orders and supplier paperwork.
• Confirm product integrity and temperatures as needed.
• Process invoices and file in the system.
• Close purchase orders in the store purchasing app accurately.
• Support accounting during inventory and period close.
• Maintain baler, compactor, and other environmental areas.
