Qualifications

• Ability to accurately receive, inspect, and process merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to regularly lift, move, and position merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Safely use store equipment, including handheld devices, barcode printers, step stools, and dollies.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, process, and stock merchandise, including orders, transfers, special orders, and returns, ensuring documentation matches.
• Inspect merchandise for quality, tagging, and label placement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by organizing back stock and processing paperwork.
• Operate receiving equipment to support daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized backroom and assist with store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with store leadership to support inventory management and flow.
• Train stockers on receiving processes and backroom organization.
