Job summary

NAPA in Pennsylvania seeks an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Manager to lead inventory accuracy, defect prevention, and continuous improvement within the distribution center.

You will drive Lean initiatives, manage KPIs like defects per million and inventory accuracy, collaborate with DC leadership, and mentor the ICQA team to ensure safe, compliant operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in quality assurance, inventory control, or related role in distribution.
• 1+ year in a managerial role or leading teams.
• Strong problem solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICQA team to improve inventory accuracy and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with DC management on process improvements and cost reduction.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, and outbound shipments quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor KPI trends (Defects per Million, Inventory Accuracy) and report findings.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke, and FMEA initiatives across the facility.
