Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Lebanon, TN seeks an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Manager to drive inventory accuracy, quality, and continuous process improvement across the distribution center and related facilities.

You will lead a team, coordinate with DC leadership, and apply Lean Six Sigma methods to reduce defects and waste while ensuring safe, compliant operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, inventory control and/or customer service within a distribution center or similar environment.
• Proven managerial experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of inventory counts and quality, and outbound shipment quality.
• Lead ICQA team and collaborate with DC management on process improvements.
• Implement Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke, FMEA to minimize waste and improve processes.
• Manage root cause analyses and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Oversee inventory management, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
