Ryder System, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Warehouse Inventory / Quality Manager to lead a team responsible for kitting, inspection, and documentation, ensuring materials meet engineering specs, safety standards, and timely delivery.

The role drives continuous improvement across kitting and quality processes. You will oversee daily quality operations, supervise direct reports, track inventory costs, develop control systems, and support facility goals while maintaining GMP, safety, and Lean

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Three+ years manufacturing/production/distribution inventory experience required.
• Two+ years supervisory experience required.
• Three+ years PC inventory and accounting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Track day-to-day facility inventory costs and support KPI targets.
• Maintain daily KPI reports (inventory, safety, quality, productivity).
• Develop and manage inventory control systems for future needs.
• Lead cycle count and related inventory programs.
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and staff.
