Job summary

Bradycorp is seeking a packaging and inspection professional to handle final and in-process checks, labeling, and packaging of stock and custom products in Wisconsin. Responsibilities include interpreting work orders, operating packaging equipment, recording data, and ensuring timely shipment.

The role requires adherence to quality and output standards, efficient handling of orders, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders through production engineering blueprints, specification, quads and drawing appendix information.
• Perform duties of in-process and final inspection packaging to specification and shipment for the division's stock and custom label products.
• Setup, operate and troubleshoot various automatic turret rewind and packaging equipment.
• Accurately record data per specification as required either electronically or manually.
• Package and move orders in the most expeditious manner.
• Deliver packaged and inspected product to finish goods.
• Manage and stock packaging supplies as needed.
• Use various computer programs/systems to make labels, execute transactions, send e-mails, and enter process data.
• Maintain work area through good housekeeping habits.
• Maintain department supplies to ensure an optimal level of service.
• Perform daily duties with minimal supervision.
• Meet performance standards: Quantity, quality and timeliness of output at or above department standards.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality at or above company standard.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
