Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Canal Winchester, OH, is seeking an Inventory Associate for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM). You will ensure accurate centralized data capture, perform product inspections, and support quality control programs to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include documenting inbound and trailer defects, releasing products, conducting shift audits, training on quality processes, and collaborating with operators to uphold safety and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills.
• Generally prefer 3–6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise operators on escalation procedures.
• Document inbound and trailer defects and enter data.
• Report and follow up on inbound and trailer defects.
• Distribute WPPS and procedure updates.
• Shift training on quality, rework projects, and updates.
• Assist in managing rework projects.
• Safety liaison with incident reporting and investigations.
• Perform quality checks and release product when required.
• Conduct root cause analyses and action plans for quality issues.
• Act as Pest Control contact in lieu of Quality Manager.
• Perform shift audits and monitor operator compliance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Maintain high level of quality in work.
