Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant, Inventory for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM). The role focuses on accurate centralized data capture, product inspection, and QA program audits to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in MS Office, and strong written/oral communication. Typically 3–6 years of related experience is preferred; background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Pass background checks as required by government, airport, or company.
• Perform quality inspections and audits of quality control programs.
• Document inbound and trailer defects with photos and reports.
• Release product when required and monitor safety guidelines.
• Support root cause analysis and action plans for quality improvements.
• Coordinate with Pest Control in absence of Quality Manager.
