Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is hiring an Inventory Associate for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu) from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM in Canal Winchester, OH. You will ensure accurate centralized data capture and perform inspections and audits as part of quality control processes.

Responsibilities include labeling validation, shipping inspections, and root-cause analysis for quality issues. The role requires MS Office proficiency, strong communication, and adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–6 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise operators on escalation procedures.
• Document inbound and trailer defects with photos and reports.
• Report and follow-up on inbound and trailer defects.
• Distribute WPPS and procedure updates.
• Safety liaison—incident reporting and investigations.
• Perform quality checks and release product when required.
• Perform root cause analysis and action plans for quality issues.
• Coordinate with Pest Control in lieu of Quality Manager.
• Monitor operator compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
