adidas is seeking an Inventory Quality, Control Operations Supervisor to lead the DC IC/QC team, optimize inventory accuracy, and ensure SOP compliance. The candidate will engage with stakeholders to improve metrics and remove wastes from operations.

The role requires strong people management, fiscal discipline, and the ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment, with a focus on safety and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Ability to manage and develop associates.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Inventory/Quality Control functions in the DC.
• Train, cross-train, and develop IC/QA associates.
• Maintain WCS/WMS knowledge and use SAP/Excel/Power BI reporting.
