Job summary

ID Logistics (IDL) is seeking an Inventory Problem Solver for the Somerset, NJ site, on a Wednesday through Saturday schedule, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a base hourly rate of $23.50 plus a $1.50 shift differential. The role focuses on analyzing inventory discrepancies, maintaining quality system records, updating SOPs, and ensuring documentation aligns with QC and safety requirements.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience, plus proficiency in

Qualifications

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
Ability to wear PPE appropriate for the work environment and follow safety policies.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Proven ability to solve practical problems and communicate with all levels within the company.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots on cases with issues.
Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
Maintains Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems (SOPs, Monthly Quality Training).
Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
Ensures documentation and communication comply with Quality Requirements.
Reports corrective actions and safety non-conformances.
Assures inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
Investigates inventory discrepancies and determines root cause.
