Job summary

ID Logistics (IDL) is seeking an Inventory Problem Solver for the Sonny-Sun-Wed night schedule in Somerset, NJ. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, SOP maintenance, and quality documentation within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage training records, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while using systems like Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, and Manhattan. Competitive benefits include medical, 401K match, STD/LTD, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
• Ability to wear PPE as required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots on cases with issues.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Maintains Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems (SOPs, Monthly Quality Training).
• Ensures SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensures documentation complies with Quality Requirements.
• Reports/cresents corrective actions per QC.
• Reports safety non-conformance.
• Assures inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts.
• Investigates inventory discrepancies from cycle counts and root cause.
• Familiar with Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems.
