Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a qualified professional for a Quality Systems/Records role in Somerset, NJ. The position supports SOP maintenance, audits, and inventory accuracy across multiple distribution centers.

You will manage training matrices and document control to ensure compliance with QC requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of related experience, and strong Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Two years related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
• Wear PPE as required by safety policies.
• Ability to write reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots on cases with issues.
• Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates.
• Maintains Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems (SOPs, training).
• Keeps SOPs up-to-date and reviewed as required.
• Ensures documentation and communication comply with Quality Requirements.
• Maintains records for internal audits and corrective actions.
• Investigates inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Ensures inventory accuracy for all DC5 accounts.
