Grocery Outlet Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Clerk to support the Inventory Control team by auditing inventory prepared for store orders and correcting discrepancies. You will document audit findings and help implement corrective measures to ensure pallet accuracy.

The role involves lifting, operating forklifts, data entry, and collaboration with warehouse staff. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, auditing, or quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Audit and break down freight on outbound pallets.
• Record and report errors during audits.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrences.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to address audit results.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with computer reports.
• Lead and train others as needed.
• Operate forklifts such as cherry picker, sit-down, stand-up, and pallet jack.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations.
• Handle routine clerical tasks including data entry.
• May assist with moving outbound pallets and other inventories.
