Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inventory control or QA experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel for data entry and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reassemble freight on outbound pallets before loading.
• Record and report errors found during audits.
• Ensure 100% accuracy on audited pallets.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to address audit results.
• Count physical inventory and reconcile with reports.
• Assist with moving pallets and other inventories to complete audits.
• Perform routine clerical duties including data entry.
• May lead and train other staff or interns.
• Operate forklifts (order pickers, sit-down, standup, pallet jack).
• Maintain clean, organized workstations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
