Job summary

The role collaborates with molding, assembly, QA, shipping/receiving, engineering and accounting to maintain daily records, place orders, and manage supplier performance. A high school diploma and 2+ years inventory experience required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with inventory experience.
• One year purchasing or similar field experience.
• Ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Materials Coordinators and Purchasing staff.
• Process purchase orders and expedites as needed.
• Maintain and update purchasing records and vendor files.
• Manage physical inventory counts and cost accounting integration.
• Coordinate with production, QA, shipping, engineering and accounting.
