  • Research inventory reconciliations and adjustments to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records in the company's systems.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding order status, pricing discrepancies, delivery schedules, and basic inquiries.
  • Generate routine inventory and purchasing reports for review by management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing, sales, and logistics to optimize inventory and procurement processes.
  • Support the purchasing and inventory team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

We are seeking a reliable and organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Purchasing Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to our day-to-day inventory and purchasing operations. The ideal candidate will manage and monitor inventory levels, evaluate inventory reconciliations and adjustments, process purchase orders, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records - all while ensuring stock availability is balanced against carrying costs.

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented and analytically minded, communicates clearly across teams, and brings a solid understanding of supply chain principles.
